1. Schedule an Appointment
Call or Book Online: Before dropping off your vehicle, make sure to schedule an appointment with our service team. This ensures we have all the necessary information and can plan accordingly for your vehicle's service or repair. Even if you tow your vehicle to M.A.R.S. you will still need to schedule an appointment.

2. Drop Off Your Vehicle
Parking: Upon arrival, please park your vehicle in the designated drop-off area as instructed by staff. This is usually located near the front of the  garage.

3. Prepare Your Keys
Key Details: Ensure your key(s) are clearly labeled with your name and contact information. If you have any specific instructions or information for our team, include that as well. If a key is not left with the vehicle, no work can be completed until a key is brought to the shop.
Remove Personal Items: Please remove any personal belongings from your vehicle for security reasons.

4. Use the Key Drop Box
Location: The key drop box is located near the front gate.  Look for a secure, locked box with clear signage on the front gate. Open the drop box slot and insert your key(s). Ensure they drop fully into the box and do not get stuck.

5. Confirmation
Notify Our Team: If you have an appointment, you can call 512-541-9332 to confirm that you dropped off your vehicle and key(s). This helps us start your service promptly.

6. Follow-Up and Pick-Up
Service Updates: Our team will contact you with updates on your vehicle's service, including estimated completion times and additional service recommendations. This communication may be via text, email or phone.

7. Pick-Up Arrangements: 

Once your vehicle is ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient pick-up time. Be sure to bring identification and any relevant paperwork when you come to retrieve your vehicle. Your balance must be paid in full to pick up your vehicle.
